  • Sourced locally and simply seasoned, our chickens are roasted to perfection and delivered on the bone. These are a customer-favorite and so versatile to have in the fridge for easy lunches and dinners at home. To heat up, just toss them in the oven on 350° for 20 minutes. When Chef Anup prepares his, he likes to remove the bones and cover them in a pot with water and some vegetable scraps for a quick, 45-minute chicken stock. Then he uses the stock throughout the week for everything from jambalaya to instant ramen. You can toss the meat with a little mayo, kosher salt, chopped pickled onions & radish, and some ACV (any acidity really) for a delicious chicken salad. Half bird.
