- Sourced locally and simply seasoned, these are roasted to perfection and delivered on the bone. These are a customer-favorite and so versatile to have in the fridge for easy lunches and dinners at home. To heat up, just toss them in the oven on 350 for 20 minutes. When Chef Anup prepares his, he likes to remove the bones and cover them in a pot with water and some vegetable scraps for a quick, 45-minute chicken stock. Then he uses the stock throughout the week for everything from jambalaya to instant ramen. Toss the meat with a little mayo, kosher salt, chopped pickled onions & radish, and some lemon juice or ACV (any acidity really). Half bird.
