From factory farming to exploitative labor practices to environmental damage, Green Top was founded on building a new kind of food system that brings us all closer to our roots and prioritizes people before profit. For us, that means relaying on smaller, local farms. It means preparing delicious, nutritious food free of stabilizers and additives. It means treating our employees fairly.
We have big dreams for what this new food system will look like, but it starts with our dedicated team. We are a small, diverse team from all walks of life, and when we hire, we hire for the person, not just to fill a position. Our obsession with customer feedback extends internally too; we trust our employees and we believe in an obligation to voice dissent.
