Delicious basil cheese curds from Argyle New York, about an hour north of Albany along the VT border. In 2007, Dave and Marge Randles built "the Cheese House" to process milk into yogurt, buttermilk, and cheese. The processing facility is located on the family dairy farmstead of 225 acres, which has been in operation since1860.
