Roasted broccoli and carrots tossed in our homemade salsa verde of olive oil, parsley, red fresno peppers and mint. A vegan dish that goes great in our ultimate "work-from-home" lunch. Chef tip: Put these in the microwave for 30 seconds, or give them 30 mins at room temperature before you serve them, so they don’t have that straight out of the fridge chill. You can also roughly chop your them and toss with some Sfoglini Reginetti and Cabot Butter for a nice veggie pasta. 1 Pint.
