We're always looking to get more legumes in our customers' routines. This yellow lentil and spinach dal is an easy (vegan) weeknight dinner with steamed rice. We love it with our Paneer Tikka Masala as well. We use an ancient spice combination here, "popping" the mustard and cumin seeds in the process. It's really warming and has that "made with love" feel. All soups and stews come frozen to store nutrition and freshness. 2-3 servings / 1 qt
Defrost in the fridge for 1-3 days before use, then gently bring to a simmer in a small pot over low to medium heat. After serving, cover the pot to keep it warm and avoid over-thickening while eating/considering seconds.
