Our homemade hot sauce is fermented at our Queens, NY facility for 30 days. It's a simple, three ingredient and zero waste sauce that goes great added to a salad or slathered all over our vegan quesadilla. We think of it as a natural alternative to a tobasco sauce or msg to enhance sauces and dishes, and we're always looking to add more fermented foods to our diet.
