International Feast with Yogurt Marinated Chicken
This month we are applying our same approach of locally sourced, nutritious recipes to one of our favorite cuisines—Indian. Made almost entirely from scratch, Chef Anup and the crew are getting really thoughtful here, culturing yogurt for sauces, fermenting peppers, and more for deep, natural flavors. Note this menu is only for a limited time and may not be available beyond December.
