This month we are applying our same approach of locally sourced, nutritious recipes to one of our favorite dishes—ramen. Set up to build your own bowl, Chef Anup and the crew are getting really thoughtful here, using homemade bone broth, our fermented hot sauce, and pastured pork loin for deep, natural flavors. Note this menu is only for a limited time and may not be available beyond February.
