Defrost in the fridge for 1-3 days before use. When you're ready to eat, remove the product label and puncture a few holes in the seal, microwave on high for 1:00. Peel back the seal enough to very lightly lift a few areas with your fork, then microwave for another 1:00. Let stand covered for as long as you can wait (but at least 2:00), and enjoy!
