Soup & Sandwich
We aim to run a zero waste kitchen through our sourcing and menu design. Soup plays a big role in our kitchen as we make all stocks from the bones and scraps of our pastured chickens and local veggies, so they are also packed with nutrients!
This spread includes one meat soup and one vegan soup, along with four different sandwiches to meet the dietary needs of your group. The current menu is Chicken Orzo Soup, Yellow Lentil Soup, a Turkey Club, Salmon Salad Sandwich, Veggie Wrap & Tofu Spring Roll.
This is best paired with our Chewy Granola & Homemade Yogurt.
1/2 tray feeds 10 people.
