Our mains are fully cooked and vacuum sealed to maintain freshness in your refrigerator. To microwave, make a small puncture or cut into the package. Microwave on high for 4:00 in two 2-minute increments, turning the package over after the first beep. Cut open carefully with scissors and shred chicken or cut into pieces. You can also bring 2 quarts of water to a boil and drop the unopened bag into the water, then turn off the heat and cover. Let sit for 20-25 minutes to fully reheat, then carefully remove bag with tongs. Open and serve. Feel free to heat in the oven as well. To heat in the oven, remove contents from the packaging and transfer to a sheet pan or oven-safe dish. Once re-plated contents are in an oven-safe dish. Reheat in the oven for 20 minutes at 400°. At 10 minutes, rotate the dish 180 degrees and warm for another 15 minutes.
