Our seasonal drop-off menu features grains from the finger lakes, root vegetables from the black dirt region of New York and warm weather produce from New Jersey. All dressings and sauces are made from scratch with fresh ingredients, and breads are from Balthazar.
This menu was inspired by our early days working with a small pantry and a menu that served as a connection to the harvest. All dishes are built for delivery TO BE SERVED AT ambient temperature. all packaging is compostable.
