Delivered to you every Monday, our team spends the week preparing your items—from working with regional farms on sourcing to cooking with a lot of care and intention. Our kitchen is led by tenured chefs and operates with the highest standards of food safety. All logistics and cooking are temperature controlled so dishes are as fresh as possible when they arrive. Through our work, we serve as a link for over 85 small farms and local food producers across the tri-state area.

We know roasting hearty vegetables after work can have the family eating dinner late, roasting a chicken can be a big clean up, and busy weeks can lead to too much takeout.
