Founded by a former NYC public school teacher, our goal is to make fresh, local food available to our city's youth through affordable, chef-made meals.
We are a NSLP/CACFP compliant vendor offering zero cost to schools receiving USDA reimbursements. We've also adopted a rigorous HACCP plan and other food safety procedures.
For our food systems to change, our eastings habits have to change, starting with our children. Beyond the food on their plate, though, we offer educations programing like cooking classes, urban field trips, and farm visits.
Kids are picky, but because we're a small, nimble operation, we can cater (literally) to your specific needs. We offer egg/dairy free substitutes, as well as either individually-packaged or family-style meals. If you want it, we'll do it.
